The Risk Management program exists to create a safe, controlled, accountable environment at every event, preventing problems before they start and handling them correctly if they do.

The program
Risk management is the reason a chapter earns trust and keeps it. The plan applies to every event (the house, a satellite, a third-party venue), anywhere brothers represent the colony.
The aim is control: clear expectations before an event, enforcement during it, and an honest review after. Everyone is accountable, and no one on the team is exempt from the rules.
The team on every event
- A sober monitoring team is named at least 48 hours before any function.
- Positions rotate so every brother takes his turn, pledges included.
- Team members are stationed at entrances and throughout the event, easy to identify.
Authority that is respected
- The team can stop over-service, shut down underage drinking, and remove anyone creating a problem.
- Their decisions stand. Ignoring the team is a disciplinary matter.
- Guests who need to leave are seen home safely, and injuries get immediate medical attention.
Before, during, and after
- Pre-event checks: exits verified, nearest emergency services located, protocols confirmed.
- No alcohol is provided to anyone under 21, ever.
- Any incident is reported within 24 hours and reviewed by the right officers.
- My Brother's Keeper: every member is expected to step in when something is wrong.
