Pi-Theta Returns.

On April 11, 2026, the Pi-Theta Colony of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity was formally re-established in Conway, South Carolina. This isn't nostalgia — it's a renewal. A new group of men, guided by our alumni and the full support of the national organization, has taken up the work of building something this campus community can trust.

Fellowship

Brotherhood that outlasts the college term.

Leadership

Men who take responsibility on campus and after it.

Scholarship

Dean's List standards, not slogans.

Service

A Greater Cause — starting in Conway.

Who is Pi-Theta?

Forty-eight men — Dean's List recipients, scholarship holders, and first-generation college students — spanning finance, business administration, entrepreneurial management, marketing, accounting, engineering science, political science, psychology, and communications. Brothers from across the country, New Jersey to Arizona, who made one investment in common: building something here worth inheriting.

We are not here to restore a name. We are here to define what Pi-Theta stands for today — accountability, leadership, and a brotherhood grounded in the Four Pillars.

Follow the colony day to day.
